This is the reason we have created our “try before you buy” service where we deliver you a trial chair to test for 24-48 hours based on the outcome of our initial assessment. Once you are happy with the trial chair, you can choose your preferred fabric and we will manufacture, deliver, and fit you to your new chair to ensure 100% comfort, 100% understanding of all the features, and 100% satisfaction from start to finish.
